Chronos Fine Time guarantees that all watches sold are absolutely 100% authentic without exception. We do not condone the sale, purchase and trade of counterfeit watches. All new watches will come with the corresponding boxes and papers.
Furthermore, all watches we sell come with their serial numbers and markings 100% intact.
We do not sell defaced watches.

Are the watches brand new?
All watches are BRAND NEW unless otherwise NOTED as PRE-OWNED, USED, MINT or Like New.

What is the warranty?
New watches sold by Chronos Fine Time are sourced directly from our network of authorised dealers and agents worldwide. They will come with the International Warranty valid worldwide.

How are the watches shipped?
We ship via EMS Express to 54 major countries worldwide. In most instances, the express shipping fee is already inclusive in our listed price.
In cases wherein your country is NOT serviced by EMS Express, or if you wish to use an independent carrier such as FEDEX, the fee is as follows:

Prices quoted are for STANDARD Packages weighing up to 1.5kg. Higher Rates may apply for heavier packages. Please let us know if you require FEDEX shipping with your order.
All FULLY PAID orders are dispatched and shipped within 48 hours after the payment is received.

Do you offer Insurance?
We can only offer Insurance for items shipped via FEDEX. The Shipping Fee is the same as above. The fee varies depending on the weight of the item and country to be shipped. Please ask a shipping quote.

What is the Return Policy?
We offer a 48 hours return policy (less shipping and all other incidental fees) if item is found to be grossly misrepresented and not as described in terms of condition. In this VERY RARE instance, please return the item in the EXACT SAME CONDITION it was received. Watches that have been USED, TRIED ON, OPENED or in any manner TAMPERED WITH are neither returnable nor refundable.
Refund or credit will be given after returned item has been received and inspected. Under no circumstances will returns be accepted due to buyers remorse, negligence, etc.
We must be informed immediately upon receipt if a return is required.

What is your cancellation policy?
We can only cancel orders if item has not been dispatched and shipped. Refund will be given less any incidental fees incurred.

What is the Delivery Time?
Approximate delivery via EMS Express is 4 to 7 business days, FEDEX is 3 to 5 business days.

Do you accept Trades?
At this time we are only looking to sell and not accepting any TRADE offers.

What about Customs Tax and Import Duty?
We will indicate a MINIMAL VALUE for Customs and indicate the item as a "GIFT", however should Import Taxes and Duty still be imposed, that is for the Buyer's Account.

Why are the prices in your eBay Store different from those listed in this website?
For direct sales transactions through our website we offer a slightly lower price and FREE EMS EXPRESS DELIVERY WORLDWIDE as compared to our eBay Store: Chronos Fine Time.
For eBay sales transactions, our prices are higher and we do charge a shipping fee becasue we need to cover our eBay list fees, final value fees and commisions.

What do the abbreviations, NIB, LNIB, MINT and NOS mean?
NIB - NEW IN BOX, Brand New and Unused with all accessories, boxes and papers as manufactured
LNIB - LIKE NEW IN BOX, Pre-owned and Used but in Like New Condition with all boxes, accessories and papers.
NOS - NEW OLD STOCK, Brand New and Unused but could be a Demo or Showroom Display Unit showing minor wear from handling. May or may not come with all boxes, accessories and papers.
MINT - In very good condition, used and pre-owned with all mechanical functions working as they should, will have minor wear from usage. May or may not come with all accessories, boxes and papers.
